RKC serves children and families within the community to provide youth programs with a strong focus on life skills such as leadership, communication, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration. We believe that these skills are critical to give kids an advantage and to thrive in the rapidly changing and increasingly competitive world in which we raise our children.

As family-oriented professionals with broad educational and mentoring backgrounds, the three Rastelli sisters have designed youth programs that hone in on the values that were so important to them during their own childhood. RKC’s ultimate goal is to motivate, educate and inspire children to make good choices in life.

RKC offers a variety of pathways toward youth development, but our core belief is that all children have the ability to be kind, competent, curious and caring. RKC encourages a sense of community through play, through athletics and through education; with the goal of helping children secure a strong future. We provide these incredible learning opportunities through three avenues: Athletics, Education and Entertainment.
