RKC is the home of the nationally recognized all-star cheer and dance program, South Jersey Storm. With 20 years experience under their belt, the SJS Program offers various successful programs to suit your athlete's needs. Beginning at 2 years old, your budding athlete can join in on the fun and become part of a special family.

Tiny Storm

Tiny Storm
(One Full Year) Ages 2-5

The South Jersey Storm Tiny Program is made up of beginner cheerleaders, ages 2 and a half to 6 years old! Consisting of 2 teams, Tiny Exhibition (2-3 year olds) and Tiny Level 1 (4-5 year olds) the teams practice 1 to 3 hours per week depending on age! Our tiny teams attend 4-5 competitions throughout the 12-month program. Tiny Level 1 will also attend 1 overnight competition.

Storm Intensity
(One Full Year) Traditional All-Star

Storm Intensity Program is our original program dating back to 1996! A 12-month program, our Intensity teams make up a traditional all-star cheerleading program for boys and girls ages 6-18 years old. Intensity teams practice 2 to 3 times per week, for 2 hours per practice. Intensity teams attend approximately 8 local competitions and 2 overnight competitions. Intensity teams range from beginner to advanced, levels 1 through 5!

Storm Heat
(One Full Year) Non-Travel

Storm’s Heat Program was launched in 2011 and has been growing ever since! Our Heat Program is an all-star prep program, designed for families who are seeking a more lenient time and financial commitment. Heat teams are made up of cheerleaders, ages 5 to 18 from beginner to intermediate! Although this is also a 12-month program, our Heat teams only practice 1 time per week, for 3 hours. Teams will attend 6 to 8 LOCAL competitions only! Looking for a program more advanced than recreation cheerleading, but not ready for the full all-star commitment? This program is PERFECT FOR YOU!

Storm Force
(Half Year) Non-Travel

Storm’s Force Program was implemented for cheerleaders who only want to experience cheer, half of the year! Play other sports? Cheer for High School? Cheer for Rec? This 5-month all-star prep program begins in December and ends in April. Force program ages range from 5 to 18 for beginner to intermediate cheerleaders. Teams practice 1 time per week, for 2 hours! All Force teams will attend 3 to 4 local competitions!

Storm Dance Starz
(10 Months) All-Star Dance

Storm Dance Starz consists of dancers ages 6 to 20+, beginners to advanced! Offering a variety of teams for Jazz or Hip Hop, our teams are broken down to some of the following age divisions: Youth Hip Hop, Junior Hip Hop, Junior Jazz, Senior Hip Hop, Senior Jazz, Open Hip Hop, Open Jazz! Our Dance Starz season runs from July to May and teams practice 2 days per week for 2 to 3 hours each practice! Teams attend a variety of competitions!

Storm Twisters
(8 Months) All-Star Cheerleading for Special Needs Athletes

South Jersey Storm Twisters are a team of Special Needs athletes from the surrounding Tri-State area! With highly qualified coaches and volunteers, the Twisters team practices once per week and performs at approximately 5 local competitions! All ages are welcome!
